Jennifer Rayner

Jennifer Rayner started her career with British Airways as cabin crew on both long haul and short haul operations, and worked as a trainer in Cabin Services, Safety Training and CRM. She left BA in 2000 and has since worked with many established and new-venture airlines, and held the positions of Cabin Crew Manager and Training Manager.

Jennifer is an accredited CRM Instructor. She has designed and presented CRM courses worldwide for both pilots & cabin crew. She is an enthusiastic and motivated facilitator who strongly believes in the concept of CRM. Most recently she has worked in Kazakhstan, Iran and Europe.
